LADY RAINICORN – Dark brown 2014 Fresian/Thoroughbred
mare, around 16.3 hands. Rain is by the Friesian stallion
Alexander Van Waters, and is out of a well-bred
Thoroughbred mare. She is a granddaughter of the legendary
Fresian stallion Zorro. Bred
for to excel in dressage, Rain could also do well at
Eventing or show jumping. This solidly-built mare has
amazing movement with huge expressive gaits. She is
forward thinking and has a good uphill balance. Rain has
had good basic training on the flat and over small fences,
but due to her owner’s time constraints her work has
been intermittent so she is short on mileage; because of
this she is being offered at a price that is very low for
a horse of her quality. This extravagant mare has
excellent potential, and just needs someone who can give
her the time and training she deserves. Rain would be
suitable for a capable rider who wants a horse with
serious movement and quality.
